14-Day Guarantee (14 天退款保障)

We want you to be completely satisfied with Cube Studio. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for purchases processed via Lemon Squeezy under the following eligible conditions:

我们希望您对 Cube Studio 感到满意的服务体验。通过 Lemon Squeezy 支付的订单均享有 14 天无忧退款保障，适用条件如下：

• Technical Billing Errors (技术与计费异常): Duplicate charges or system billing errors will be refunded in full (100%) within 14 days of purchase. 若发生重复扣款或系统计费错误，在购买后 14 天内提交申请可获得 100% 全额退款。
• Service Non-Performance (服务无法正常交付): If technical failures prevent you from activating your License Key or using the core features, and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. 若因技术故障导致您无法激活 License Key 或无法使用核心功能，且我们的技术支持团队无法为您解决问题，您可在 14 天内申请全额退款。

Non-Refundable Circumstances (不予退款情形)

Refund requests submitted after 14 days of purchase, or cases where the initial AI token allocation has been fully consumed without any technical defects, are not eligible for a refund.

超过 14 天退款期限的申请，或初始赠送的 AI 分析点数已大量消耗且软件无任何技术故障的情况，不予退款。

How to Request a Refund (如何申请退款)

To request a refund, please send an email to hello@usecubeapp.com with your order receipt email and License Key. You can also request a refund directly via the support link in your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt.

如需申请退款，请发送邮件至 hello@usecubeapp.com，并在邮件中附上您的订单收据邮箱与 License Key。您亦可直接通过 Lemon Squeezy 发送的电子收据中的 Support 链接提交申请。
